#### 📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
* Â **How much are the shipping costs?**
  Shipping within Germany costs [e.g. €4.90]. For orders over [e.g. €80], shipping is absolutely free for you.
* Â **How long does delivery take?**
  Since we specialize in high-quality machine embroidery and many designs are precisely made for you only after the order, the processing time is usually [e.g. 3-5] working days. After shipping, delivery by the courier service takes another 1-3 working days.
* Â **Do I receive a tracking number?**
  Yes, as soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking ID.

#### 👕 PRODUCTS & CARE
* Â **What is the quality of the T-shirts?**
  We make no compromises. Our T-shirts are made from 100% combed ring-spun cotton in a heavy interlock weave (220 g/m² Heavyweight). Thanks to a special silicone finish, they are extremely soft, dimensionally stable, and lint-free.
* Â **Will the embroidery be damaged when washed?**
  No. Our high-density 3D machine embroidery is designed for maximum durability. It does not tear, does not fade, and unlike conventional prints, does not wash out.
* Â **How do I properly wash my embroidered T-shirt?**
  Please always observe the care label in the shirt: Wash at a maximum of 40°C (preferably turned inside out), do not bleach, tumble drying at low temperature is possible. Please iron the shirt only inside out and never place a hot iron directly on the embroidery on the front.

  You can pay safely and conveniently with us via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
* Â **Can I return a product?**
 Since our products are often individually made for you in the sense of streetwear drops and precise machine embroidery, a return due to dislike or incorrect size is excluded. A right of return exists only if the product is damaged or has a production defect (e.g., material defect or weaving defect in the embroidery motif). In this case, please contact us immediately via the contact form, and we will replace or refund the product as quickly as possible.
